For underwater application, we use qualified (ISO 13628) drive technology and design modules and use these to configure highly reliable systems. For repair and maintenance of oil and gas platforms we deliver electromechanically-driven tools, which make it possible to carry out precision work on complex underwater structures. Electromechanical components can be very easily and flexibly integrated into underwater robots because of the low space requirement and standardized electric interface. The electric drive system gives precise feedback on torque and speed – which allows for online diagnosis and valve condition testing. Very large distances can also be bridged effortlessly with this electric drive technology.
